I'd like to give a shoutout to the lovely management who, upon me contacting them about how I felt my lease renewal offer was too high, gave me a new, lower offer! They were very kind and professional as well. With that being said, this place is about average when it comes to amenities, pool is really nice. Highway can be loud occasionally but that's just part of living near it lol. Great pricing, especially for the area. Definitely recommend!

The air conditioner does not cool the unit, you can never get in contact with anyone and the walls are paper thin. I hear everything outside the apartment and the traffic on the road gets very annoying. I am not impressed.

I have lived here a year and just resigned my lease! Probably one of the best if not THE best apartment places I’ve lived in. The staff has always been extremely kind and helpful with any issues, questions, or concerns. Maintenance fixes issues quick and the main office is always so welcoming. Price is extremely fair and appliances in my apartment are all updated. As a single mom i wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

Essentially waited a week for the initial move-in bill when Susan never actually read my application and noticed I had put the beginning of November on it and not January of next year. Now I'm about to be homeless because this staff can't their job properly.
