I just moved in here a few months ago and am very happy with my experience so far. The property manager has been very helpful, especially as I was navigating the pet policy. The apartments are quiet and offer a nice pool, dog park, and small indoor gym. I have nothing to complain about and my experience has been completely positive. The 3 bedroom apartments are very affordable if you have roommates and the location is optimal for the Carmel/Westfield area and easy access to Indy.

Governor Square Apartment complex is one that I stumbled upon in search of a new place to live. The staff has been nothing but helpful, and has always responded in a timely manner to phone calls, emails, and even directly in office! I was afraid of having a terrible moving experience because I hate moving, but one of the members there (Paige M.) made it so easy for me. As for the units, I am in one of the newer models and have had a blast reorganizing the place. I have had a few minor issues with things that happened during the remodel (lightswitch plate covers, appliance functionality, etc.), however every single one of them was resolved the day I put in the work order. The member that serviced my work orders was Publio Contreras, and he KILLED it on everything. The only reason that I knew they worked on my apartment was the fact that everything was fixed and the front entryway light was on. All around, the complex is well kept and everyone who I have met has been nice to talk to. I am really looking forward to the next chapter of my life here!

In searching for my first apartment, I came across Governor Square. Emily was the person who helped me from the beginning, and she has been so pleasant to work with. I’ve asked A LOT of questions, and she has been patient in answering them while still being thorough. Emily sent images of the unit I was interested in and arranged for me to go to the property and meet Chloe for a tour. Even as circumstances changed between applying for the apartment and signing the lease, she continue to be kind and helpful, which was so appreciated! I have felt informed this entire time about application fees and what would it would not be refunded if I changed my mind about the unit, and she has been clear about cost of rent, utilities, and other fees. She explained the amenities very well too. Chloe was great during my visit too, and was able to provide information about how the property is managed and planned updates and renovations to expect next year. Overall, I have been very happy with my experience and look forward to moving in!
