The speaker was broken in the drive through so we had to go inside. Not a big deal but everything else didnt help. The cashier was playing on her phone and sitting in the dining room between ringing orders. Witnessed her mispelling names for orders, not sure if it was on purpose. Ordered the new honey hot chicken meals only to be served half frozen fries. Got a Dr.Pepper which was flat. My wife got a Coke and resukt was the same. After letting the cashier know she shrugged her shoulders and walked back to her table and watched tik tok very loudly. The service here is undeniably horrible and not what is expected of Wendy's...

Sat in line for 20 minutes just to be told they're only accepting door dash even tho the car in front of me ordered.. they need new staff 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄

I arrived at this store at 9:55 pm.in drive thru. Store hours claim to be open until 11:00 pm. Employee informs me that they're only doing DOOR DASH menus. Rude and unprofessional. Apparently my money isn't any good there unless I work for DOOR DASH. I tried to email corporate about the bad experience, but it wouldn't let me send it after typing out my concerns. This place has become a joke, and Dave would be turning over in his grave if he were alive to witness what has become of the company he started....

More times than not the service here is less than mediocre.tonight I oder thru door dash and receive dried out old burnt burgers..no condiments for my potatoes....missing food...I get service is short staffed BUT IF YOU WONT EAT IT...DONT SERVE IT TO PAYING CUSTOMERS
