Pinnacle At Highline Condo

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. Keep in mind all of the condos are privately owned, therefore privately rented if they choose to, so each condo will have different reviews. I absolutely love this community. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, the pool is my favorite in the summer, and my condo is very nice and spacious. Great place to raise kiddos! The HOA is decent. It just seems the community has to complain a bit before things get done. My only complaints are: - The snow clean up on the roads within the complex. It is VERY icy. They do a good job with the stairs and sidewalks for the most part, but all units have to walk to their garages or parking spots and it’s an ice rink. -Guest parking. There is maybe 20 spots for the entire complex. - My specific building has a lot of flooding on the lawn which also leads to the nearby businesses. I really wish they had a sidewalk and could control the water run-off. Overall I give it a 4/5. I do love it here. Just needs some work here and there.

This is an active community with lots of ongoing events in a high end area, right near the Highline Canal. It's nice and quiet here, safe, and there is a great pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. As usual with these type of communities, visitor parking can be an issue. But since this is 'normal', it shouldn't count against them. Some units are close to Mineral Ave, which could contribute to traffic noise. But there are 300+ units here, many of which are not even close to the street.

2 stars because the condos are nice. The rest of the community needs updates. Very old feeling and outdated wherever you look. The people are great! Parking? HAHAHA what parking?! I came home around 10 after a night out and 0 spots available. I think there are probably 12 total spots for visitors across the entire complex...not good. As a renter, I have a garage and that's it. We're a 2 car home...good luck finding a spot! Good luck having anyone over!
