I like chili's, but this one was terrible. The chips were cold and i think had salsa spilled on them so some of the chips were wet and gross. They burned our appetizer to a crisp. The other entree came 15 minutes after the 1st and the server was swamped. Then I see a homeless looking guy leaving the restaurant in a chili's hat and realized that was a chef??? Pretty badly managed location, and gross unkempt kitchen worker.

Recommendation: Choose someplace else. 6pm on a Friday and this place has the energy of a hair dryer in the bath tub. Saggy, sullen faces. Not busy yet slow service from the preoccupied. No thanks. When it crosses my mind I should leave, I do. Vote with your money, people.

Uncooked food. Puke in the bathroom. Manager wouldn’t come talk to us and instead opted for one of the servers to come talk to us instead. Server was very kind and took the food off our bill. Gave us gift certificates for a couple of free kids meals, but we left those behind. Thanks but no thanks. 🤢 🤮

Screw my order up 17 times, shame on me..... The Chili's will NEVER see another dime from me. I have NO IDEA why they can never give a customer what they order, but like an idiot, I kept going back. I'd complain and the manager would just throw a 10 dollar gift card in with an order that was 100% screwed up. Tonight, I make an order, go to the pick up, and the store is closed. Every door for the facility was locked, because apparently, with no hot water, all operations must cease. Somehow, they made my order with no hot water (didn't know they could do that). But I paid extra and ordered extra onions on my salad, and got none. I paid extra for the asparagus and tomatoes that were raw and uncooked without the garlic. I paid extra for the street corn on the cob, and got regular corn on the cob. It blows me away how these to go orders are so mutilated. And then when you complain, there is no justice. I will never order from this place, and, unless you like completely dicked up take out orders I would advise you to stay away, as well.
