Do not do a prepaid reservation. Their receipt doesn’t match the prepaid amount and there is no refund for the difference. Customer service literally pretends like they can’t hear you or they just transfer you to a different t department. Don’t even bother calling, it’s of no use.

Call and enquire with Taimur, he will be able to help. BTW whenever I rent a car, I never get their rental insurance. I always call my insurance and get coverage and protection at a fraction of cost. Now it depends on your insurance and policy. Hope it helps.
