The pay machine is often out of order or can only take cash. Gave $20 for $14 car wash and received a receipt that stated I was owed $6. No one working there to collect the $6. Have gone there several times, knocked on the door, and no owner or employees around. Called the number on the receipt several times which is never answered and must be out of service. Talked with other people in the community who have had the same problems.

I was in the area so decided to give Kingsgate Carwash a try. Unfortunately their facility is pretty worn down. The swivel arm holding the hoses in my bay was leaking and dripping water everywhere. Ground was littered with trash. The foam gun didn’t foam, in fact, it barely sprayed. To top it all off, there’s a large pothole right on the exit of the car wash bay I used, causing my car to smack and scrape the pavement. I can appreciate the variety in spray options(bug remover, window cleaner, foam etc) but for the price, I’d expect this place to be better maintained. I hate to leave a review like this but it’s my honest opinion.

Went to the car wash on a Sunday night, put a $20 bill into the machine for the touchless car wash, and the machine did not give out change. It printed a receipt with a phone number to call to get the change, we have tried to call the number listed on the receipt which is the same number that is posted on Google but have not been able to reach anyone. There is no option to leave a voicemail either. Not a good way to do business, it's a shame because their car touchless wash actually do a good job.

The card reader was down, and I didn't have enough cash to pay for my car wash. I said I'd be back. They waved me through without paying! I'll be a customer for life.

Agreed. The man that owns this car wash is heavily involved in it and extremely customer oriented. Great guy!
I saw a guy washing cars yesterday in a cowboy hat.
They usually are spot on, but had a huge turnover of people, and one of the employees had a massive heart attack. The others I am not sure, but probably just were not working out anymore. So they are surrounding them with Blk Mold, and its like 4 years old! (leaky plumber) All the while him and his wife were doing the work of 5-6 people, We all know how hard finding good peeps can be - trying to run the distribution arm, all facets of the wash as well as starting up a digital production studio. They have all brand new employees now, and they can help you, or you can call the owner direct.. direct at (Seattle area code) one number above seven, five, ohh, same as first number after area code, three uno. (So the bots, spammers & crawlers don't spam to death)
If you use the self-serve Bays, yes you will need to dry your car yourself! The touch free automatic has a dryer as you exit the wash.
One of the vacuum machines is also a shampooer for upholstery. They added that a while ago.
