Missing a stars because I didn’t receive what was booked. Im 8 months pregnant and had cleaners for that reason. So I was completely annoyed that I still had to deep clean my kitchen myself after paying $500 to have it done. I told them I wanted the master bedroom, three bathrooms, two communal areas and my kitchen cleaned. I was told it would take 4 hours and I would have three techs and it would be a deep cleaning. Well, they only scheduled me 2 technicians and I had to prioritize what was most important to me because 2 technicians and 4 hours was not enough time for a deep clean. Unfortunately, they didn’t get to my kitchen. I still had to pay the same amount even tho I didn’t get the full services I booked and was told I’d receive. The technicians that were sent did a great job of what they were able to get done. It wasn’t their fault about the scheduling. I still tipped them 20%… My house smelt clean and they paid attention to detail.

I used Molly Maid of the AV for about a year before I moved out of state. They did a great job. The ladies were always so nice and professional.
