Got brisket and pork ribs. The brisket was so tender you didn't even need a knife. It was awesome.

It’s not cheap but it is delicious BBQ‼️ The sliced brisket was tender, juicy, flavorful with a wonderful bark, the beef ribs were prime supreme goodness flava-flav, outstanding corn pudding and tater tot casserole! Can’t wait to go back😋

We moved nearby recently. Have wanted to stop but there is always a pretty big line. I can see why. This is THE BEST BARBEQUE we have had in Texas. Perfect seasoning, smoke and flavor. Then the sides? AHHHHMAZING. Mac and cheese, tater tot casserole and corn pudding. We followed up with the carrots cake. Better than Grandma's. Cannot get over this place. Go there.

In Brenham the answer is no but they do sell meats by the pounds.
9 am. The earlier, the better. Take a pop up chair, ice chest, and enjoy great bbq.
There was an open tent in front to wait with marks 6 feet apart. Only 2 people allowed in the building at a time. Everyone was masked up and good about social distancing. Got food to go about 4 days ago. Don't have Covid yet, and did have some mighty fine BBQ.
Good question I have no answer but if the beer is free I dont see why not that you cant bring your own beer. Like drinking a beer outside at a park or on private property.
That's the problem I had with Truth BBQ. You might call First because they're opening up a barbecue place in Houston and I'm guessing they don't have enough people to go around to do both BBQ stores.
Sorry to say I don't know because I don't go there anymore and that was my problem. Excellent BBQ but they seem to run out of BBQ and are closed more than they're open in Brenham.
Avg. Like alot of other bbq places but its worth it at the truth. Sad part they run out of brisket to fast. Hate waiting in line 45 mins then you get to the counter to place your order then they say there out and its 1pm.
