I can't get them to respond to calls or emails and their voicemail box is always full. It's hard to do business with a place that doesn't seem to want to talk to customers.

LG assigned them to fix my leaky air conditioner, which I had just purchased. They called me on a Sunday, two days after the "scheduled appointment." I returned the phone call, no one answered. I left a voicemail, no one returned my phone call. I called multiple times, they never called back for weeks. DO NOT GO THERE! They don't do their job.

Extremely terrible service. LG connected me to them to fix my tv display issues and they do not pick up calls, they don’t call back unless you chase after them, the manager and all their technicians are lazy and very rude. They try to blame all issues they can’t fix on internet issues despite internet working perfectly fine and then hang up on you when you call them out on their lies

Power supply board, unless it was hit with lighting surge then could be the main board. Depending on TV it's easy to remove and replace the boards.
