I’ve been here for 5 hours and they still haven’t dispatched me after already doing an x ray on me then just called the same 2 peoples names over and over again

Terrible terrible place. Terrible staff. They do not care and they make sure to show you they do not care. Your life does not matter at this hospital what so ever. Spend the extra 20 minutes and go to Rancho Springs, you will get the care you deserve from friendly staff who actually want to help you. People will joke about this hospital “you go there to check in but never check out” or make some reference to you dying in this hospital if you’re on your death bed and from my own visit I can see that that really isn’t a joke. Don’t go here if you can avoid it, don’t take ANYONE you love here and never ever ever ever take your children here.

I am so sorry to say this , but my experience wasn’t that great my baby was feeling sick they couldn’t find anything the only right test was a Covid result. The waiting and some of the nurses can be rude and have an ugly attitude they need to focus more on the patients health and the security guards as well they are rude and do not help people that need wheel chairs or help them out to their cars. I have seen other hospitals with better service and I will not recommend this hospital at all specially if you have children under the age of 5 years old. My baby ended up have an ear infection. Thank you to Temecula hospital they help me find out what was wrong with him

I'm sorry you had this type of experience. I used to volunteer here (over 15 years ago) and there was a good atmosphere back then. Unfortunately I've seen attitude problems from all sides since my working experiences all over the country now. Here are a few pointers for those who wish to address a complaint. Please direct your complains directly to your caregivers first, give them a chance and time to address your concerns. Escalate those concerns to the primary doctor, the director and so on if necessary. Don't be afraid to provide feedback on providers and the hospital through the overseeing state medical commissions and committees. Many of the better facilities seek out patient feedback because they understand a positive experience or at least a constructive criticism is the best way to improve patient care and outcomes.

My opinion would be the devonshire apt.complex...
Great place to work
NO, sometimes they will for special situation
Yes they do
Not sure what you mean. If you mean "Why erase my comment" as in Google erased a post that you made about Hemet Hospital, it might be because you typed some very naughty things that do not comply with Google's policies or maybe Hemet Hospital had the comment erased if it made them look bad, although I doubt Hemet Hospital cares about that. Everyone knows it's a scary place anyways. I enjoy my time there though. Although it's probably because I'm a scary person.
Call hospital and ask for medical records. Let them know you are coming in to get a copy of your records. Then come to hospital and get them.
I would call the hospital and ask.
You could try Moreno Valley hospital. It is a much larger facility with larger departments, a larger staff, & it is a one stop transit line on the RTA. The drop off is at the exact entrance & Information center. RTA is easier than driving & parking there. The hospital offers free health care to qualified individuals & it is partners with the famous Loma Linda University Hospital in Loma Linda, California. Their ER is 24/7 also. But the corresponding RTA schedules I don't know. RTA routes are available online, Riverside California RTA in a search bar.
AFAIK Hemet Hospital does not have the specialty unit (NICU), nearest facilities would be Temecula/Murrieta or Moreno Valley. This reply is older, so hopefully you and others have smooth and uncomplicated delivery
That depend on where you live,if you are from this area,i think will be safe for you and your family members to deliver your new born within your geographic area.Hemet hospital is very well rank and the staff is very professional.
Depending. You must have a picture ID, visitors pass, & password. Other rules ln ICU are a maximum of 2 visitors at a time, Permission fro RN. Stability depends on the RN, MD's & electronic monitors. They might limit certain activies in the room if a patient is not stable. For instance, if a patient's blood pressure rises or drops dangerously during a visit, or if a certain procedure requires certain requirements a such as a private, complicated or surgically sterile environment. They ask you to wait in the "ICU waiting room." Visting hours all over the hospital stop between 6:00 and 8:30 AM & PM. But the ICU waiting room and ER stays open during those times. And just has basic non-smoking hospital type rules. Other departments, I do not know. No one with a cold or flu is allowed in. There may be other rules such as maybe no babies or infants, but usually. They allow long visits.
ER patients are NOT served on a "first-come first-served basis" but, surved on the current severity of their issues.
Unfortunately this is much more of a public comment forum rather than Hemet Hospital hosting feedback. I hope you were able to contact the hospital directly to address your concerns. (hospital to be known as KPC soon)
