This place is so disgusting and filthy. The front staff are always so rude on the phone, I was referred here by Kaiser Permanente and have been waiting weeks to get through on the phone. They answer the phone and place you on hold for over 10 minutes and one of the ladies answered the phone and hung up twice. I decided to just walk into the office and make an appointment and when I came in the two girls in the front ignored me and were talking and talking instead of attending me The receptionist here almost all look like they slipped out of bed and came straight to work It’s almost so sad to look at. It took them almost 8 minutes to notice I was waiting. They didn’t even say hi, they just asked if I was helped and behind them both were phone calls ringing and ringing The receptionist on the back was scratching her head and on her cellphone. So embarrassing A woman walked in after me (Hispanic) And all the woman said they did not speak Spanish Also the front desk looks worse than a preschool, they have papers everywhere and the counters were so dusty. This office manager needs to train their staff and clean the office It’s filthy dirty I never made an appointment because of how disappointed I was with the sanity and customer service

I had infection in my body skin and dr Christine Lopez did a great job 👏 I will recommend this to anyone else they are really nice people

1st time patient, I got my appointment pretty quickly. Office is bustling but they will see you very quickly. They ask visitors to wear a mask, which I appreciate. Staff is very polite, and obviously care about their work. Dr. Oberemok is very nice and clearly knowledgeable in his field and is NOT dialing it in like so many doctors do nowadays.

This was the worst staff service ever!!!! On 3/3/22 I spoke to a so called "Sharon" to make an appointment: Sharon: We do not have your referral I checked" Me: Kaiser said because it would not through FAX they did it manually" Sharon: Are saying they walked over here and handed it to me manually? Me: Is this how you talk to patients? I cannot believe how you think it is ok to speak like this? What is your name????? She than refused to not give me her name and hung up. So I called back and she refused again to give me her name and an option to speak with the Dr. and after arguing she finally said "Sharon" but no last name, so my guess is she made it up. I am definitely going to share with Kaiser about my experience. I am surprised a Dr. would have someone like this work for him. I do not want to even put 1 Star but I have to post.
