You make an appointment with them only to sit for hours and still wait. I made an appointment for my husband and we have literally been waiting over an hour still for them to take his blood. Our appointment was at 9:45am and it is already 10:45am and still waiting. What is the point of making appointments if they don't honor and value our time too. There are people who work, care for others and cannot just sit here all day long until they get around to us. I feel disrespected.
