3rd time. I gave this place a break, and i should have just stayed away. They need guidance here, people should not be waiting 15 mins for 1 coffee after being given a ln order, they forgot a coffee and we had to wait 15 mins before we decided to just get a refund in full. They need to understand that No One wants there food cold or hot beverage cold! Goto north and river st, its a walk in, but you get your stuff rite there and then. Or even Thomlinsons across the street!!!

I'm sorry I was using the drive thru at this location,so I am unsure of the practice at this location for walk in customers

If your 3shift worker don't know how to make ice cappuccino then can someone tell me why he workin by himself and taking order..and worst of all he was arguing with me how a cappuccino suppose to look like and taste

I think you should have kept your receipt and during business hours like 9 or 10 am get the managers name and speak to the manager about that terrible experience! Or if you go in person and speak to the manager ask for a redo of your item and it should be free for the troubles you went through!!
