I’ve NEVER had this problem with a CVS till i started to go to this location. Waited 10+ minutes on the phone waiting to speak with someone but never did, i called three different times and nobody answered each time, they never have my prescriptions ready even if i come 4 days later, i always have to call my doctor to resend my medicine to the pharmacy, i never get messages saying my prescriptions are ready because they never get filled and every time i walk in to pick up my medicine there’s one pharmacist helping customers while there’s a 6 people wait. Now you tell me why the hell anyone would want to deal with this. And no the new delivery service won’t change a thing if they NEVER have my medicine ready in the first place.
