Frankies diner is an amazing diner! Every time I go to the diner I receive excellent service. The food is amazing and the customer service as well. The workers there are kind and generous and never rush you especially when you do not know what to order. The diner is clean and and well put establishment. Anyone that goes will have an amazing experience. The owner of the establishment is also a very kind hearted and amazing man. He interacts with all his customers and makes you feel welcomed. Great place to eat at however I understand their short staffed but when you see a customer. Weather it's dine in or take out and can't assist them right away at least acknowledge their presence and let them know someone will be with them soon. One worker kept walking past me and never spoke but managed to speak to the other customer who was finishing his breakfast. I didn't mind waiting I just wanted her to acknowledge me instead felt she was ignoring me.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Not only is this place dirty inside and food horrible, but most importantly, service is THE WORST. They will also get your car towed for no good reason and without warning. This place isn’t worth the $20 check to dine let alone a $250 fee to get your car after. 0/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND. These people clearly hate their job and it’s a wonder how they’re still open since serving the public makes them miserable. That old hag who “greets” people needs to go. There are other diners out there who treat their customers with respect.

We have taken every precaution prescribed by our local health department and we go above and beyond to keep both our customers, friends and families safe, then entrance has multiple sanitation stations the bathroom has a sanitation station. We have spaced the tables for every other table to be used and six feet apart rule, employees always have to wear masks and constantly sanitizing their hands, customers must wear mask all the time except when sitting down to eat.
