This location was too lazy to deliver my package and just marked it as me not being available two days in a row, even thought the address has a staffed gatehouse that UPS delivers to everyday. Avoid using this location unless you are on their normal routes to lunch or home.

Liars. Say delivery attempt failed; when I sat out front all day for two days. For them to not even pass by my street. And when I call no manager to speak to! Had to drive out here and spend 45 mins while they looked for my package!

If I could give negative 10, I would. I will never use Fed Ex again. I have a small business on Etsy, and because of the size of my item it was necessary for me to use Fed Ex. I shipped the item in a Fedex golf box on June 3 2022, dropping it off at the Ventura Ca, facility on Colt St. on route to Woodacre Ca approx. 375 miles, costing me $111.00 plus box & packing materials. Fed Ex has no idea where my customers package is, and to add insult to injury, their tracking system is worthless, example; 1) The tracking # shows the package shipped from Brooklyn, NY, not Ventura, California 2) The customer service, appears to be outsourced because they are unaware of U.S. geography (thousands of miles separate California and New York) 3) The tracking site showed the package as delivered to the P.O. in Woodacre on the 18th, then on the 13th, then the 9th, then the 7th, now I’m told the package is perhaps in the FedEx facility in Tracey California , but I must file a claim to be sure or have any search done. For a claim number …. 4) You are given 21 days to file a claim, and you should be able to follow the link to file on line … but the link is broken (I tried 3 different browsers) leaving the only option 1) print 2) mail 3) or fax, which would be fine, if someone would give you the fax number … they won’t. 5) I was able to speak with a representative of the USPS Immediately, and file a claim on the phone with the representative, the next morning I received a call from the Woodacre postmaster, informing me that my package had never been delivered to Woodacre (1,400 population, very small town), she has since updated me and my client daily. I cannot even call FedEx in Tracey. 6) I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I was horrified to see 15,000 + complaints and 1 star ratings, very similar to mine. 7) As a small business this is particularly difficult, not only must I refund my customer, I am taking a loss on shipping and I have no idea if my property will ever be found and returned, even if I am able to file a claim, FedEx has a very poor track record on refunding or taking responsibility for their mistakes, according to their BBB reviews and all others. 8) I will keep posting my nightmare experience, and warning every other small business, because despite FedEx customer service reps belief, most small businesses do not have 'shipping and production managers’ to handle these issues, and Etsy does not involve itself, they only supply the group discount if labels are bought through them.

Every time my package goes to the fedex in ventura ca my package does not get delivered on the delivery day. i would have to go pick it up myself. and i paid for the delivery. they always makeup something why it was not out on the truck for delivery that day

Drivers are not allowed to call customers. I believe your package needed a signature upon delivery. If you don't answer the door within a minute they will reattemp the next day. Unless you signed the released form you get online and post it on your door so they will release/ deliver it on your door. As long as it's not alcohol.
Hi Our Valued Customer, I am part of FedEx Ground Team as Package Handler both loading and Unloading task. *Our Customer Service Representatives are always attentive to answer maybe on the time you call us they were busy to take good care of our customer which is First Come First Serve basis and at this point in behalf of our staff we're asking apology for inconvenience.* *About the second question about package not leaving at your door, Our beloved drivers always deliver the package in the place that our customer see it even me I experienced that I get my online orders at my front door but maybe there is a reason why did not leave at your front door, we're asking an apology.* *Our drivers have no time to write a note due to the time frame of the packages that they need to deliver on time but they were not tired deliver packages because that is their main task but some packages needed the presence of the customer through the sensitivity of the parcel that needed signature. *thank u.
Do you have the tracking number. I work for fedex ground if you have the tracking number I can have my manager look it up and place a hold on it at the ware house if you want to come pick It up there since it hasn't been delivered to you

Yes , other convenient locations, if you ask for a hold on FedEx.com , is a Fedex Office or Walgreens location. Keep in mind , you can pickup at 5198 Colt St , if the driver is back at terminal, some drivers do not come back (Home Delivery) if attempted that same day.
