Overall, bad. The food subpar. The dining experience was just awful. Water wasn’t even offered. When it was offered I was given an open water bottle. The business is not properly run. When only 3 servers are there to help things just don’t work. I ordered a meal and I was brought the wrong item. When I asked to cancel it, they told me the manager wasn’t there and I couldn’t cancel the wrongly placed meal. Instead I had to wait for them to make another meal. No idea how this restaurant still runs.

Veg dum briyani was good and quantity is generous, while veg entrees tasted okay and were very oily. See pictures of for amount of oil left after we finished veg entrees, you can imagine how much it would be in the beginning(i forgot to take a picture) It was one of the poorest service that I have experienced. Not necessarily a specific person's fault but i think they need to hire more people to manage the load and provide better service. There were 4 of us, they gave only two glasses, no napkins(some tables had some didn't). I had to ask multiple times to get glasses and napkins. Even to get someone's attention needs more than necessary effort.

Yes, the ambience may not be the best but the food here compensates for everything. Biryanis were amazing, especially the Gongura chicken and Hyderabadi lamb dum biryani. Furthermore, their portion sizes for the price were very seizable. They do have a family size but getting 2 regular size biryanis will be more than sufficient for a family of 4. The only disappointment was the watery Mirchi Salan as opposed to how it should be nutty, but the bold flavours of the biryani’s masala makes the Mirchi Salan unnecessary to a huge extent. They seem to be understaffed despite the high number of orders, so do be patient as the patience will pay off for some delicious food. As for the other dishes, their chettinad chicken were amazing while I am confident that many of their South Indian masala dishes would pass with flying colours too.

The Place was really really good. Will advise all to have a prior booking before going on weekend and holidays. Nice buffet menu, many varieties of food, good taste and nice hospitality. Totally recommended.
