I was really hoping that AWS would be my new mechanic. But my second visit was a huge disappointment unfortunately. They are very busy and I'm happy for them. My Honda sat on their lot for 7 business days without being worked on with 3 calls about sending diagnosis...no follow through. Glad you're busy. Improve your communication skills and don't waist your customer's time.

Top notch place with 5 star customer service. Caleb who runs the shop is super intelligent, friendly and funny. Brought my car in for a couple weird noises it was making and a leak. They diagnosed the problem along with a few other things that needed fixing but didn’t force me to do it or pay for anything extra unless I wanted to. He even offered a recommendation on where else to get new tires. Couple weeks later the same leak came back and I brought it in next day for them to fix it free of charge. Would recommend this place to anyone and I’ll be back for future needs.
