Hiked this on a beautiful Sunday in August. Not too crowded. The Ridge trail is beautiful with great views of Lake Dillon and among tall pines.

Nice trail, the meadow and ridge are more shady and natural and have views of the reservoir. They are not level but not too hard. The Roberts and right side are paved. Only negative is you do hear all the highway noise.

Great place for a hike or snow tubing. Get out and get some fresh air!

We were looking for an easy walk with good views this morning and that’s exactly what we got. Beautiful scenery, nice gravel trail, and friendly people. Took about an hour at a leisurely pace with time to take pictures. There are plenty of side trails into the woods available for longer walks too.
