Great camp hosts! They rake and clean each site after you leave. Very clean and quiet

Gets very crowded very quickly being so close to town. Recommend getting there early on the weekend. There are great clearings especially the further you go up. We stayed about 10k and found a nice spot. Not the worst road but would be more comfortable in something with some clearance. Dogs are allowed. A lot of trails throughout the road.

Loved this place ! Very nice and calm campground. If you like to be in the woods, then this is for you. Host was very friendly. Only this is that they don't have water pipes ! They do have one water pump. There's a creek nearby. We had spotted some deers near the creek. Very nice place. Would love to go there again and again. Drive to this campground from the highway exit was fantastic. There was a beautiful waterfalls.

The scenery is pretty great and some of the camp sites are a descent size, with a few sites fitting 17 campers comfortably. The bathrooms are cleaned regularly and there's no noticeable trash from previous campers. Its a short drive from Denver making it a very popular camp ground for those who don't want to travel too far. My three star rating is only because the campsites where a little to close together and in the silence of nature I often could hear the camp site a little too clearly. This campground has access to well water via a hand pump which is super great to have. The area in general has some pretty breathe taking views.

Its fine, it's easier to get to from the 285 then through georgetown and over
They have not
Instead of turning left into the campground, proceed straight on the dirt road. There are 30 some dispersed camping sites.
I believe you can get a spot by reserving on-site near the park entry.
Yes and even citronella candles are banned. Zero open fires.
