Positives first. The salon was clean, a very nice space and the group working was kind and professional. I would recommend the salon for any other service than a dip manicure. After leaving this review the owner has reached out to me to help resolve the issue which I am grateful for. Truly amazing customer service I am hoping that the issues with my dip manicure are partially because I have oily nails and or because of a weird fluke. I still wanted to talk about my experience. I went to get my nails done with some friends on a Tuesday. I explained that I struggle to have a manicure last more than a day- polishes chip or lit off in sheets within hours on my nails and that dip from other salons often lift up around my cuticle. And that I work in an industry where I am constantly washing my hands. The nail tech then said the dip would be perfect because it is essentially cement on my nails. Within 24 hours I had one chipped nail and one nail with a hairline crack. I got an appointment on Friday to fix those two nails, but at that point the 'cracked' nail had chipped half off, the one chip that previously existed had become worse and two other nails had chipped. I asked the nails just come right off, which was done. The nail tech continued to remark how they have never seen dip come off this easily, they have never seen this before, etc etc. I am very upset that at the end of the day I spent $50 for a manicure that lasted me 3 days. Of my friends that joined me as well, one of their dip manicures began to crack on day 4.

Sarah gave me the best pedicure! She is so sweet. The nail salon is super clean, and the staff is always friendly. Will be coming back:)

Super rude. They messed up an appointment and basically said “oh well, we can’t help you.” There’s plenty of other great places around with kind service.

I made 2 pedicure appts for my daughter and me. Showed up to be told “nope, they are for manicures. No apology or anything. My daughter was visiting from Maryland. Thank god Young Nails took us on and saved the day! Never been to Indigo nor will I try again.
