When my mom needed a placement, I called 5 different Communities and was having no luck until a friend recommended Atria Penfield. Jeanette Cooper was and is amazing! She was and is kind, sympathetic to my mom's and my needs and was very eager to help and have my mom successful. Jeanette is always willing to go above and beyond to keep my mom successful. I can't think of anyone more devoted to their clients. Nicole Gardner came and interviewed my mom and our lives have never been better! Nicole is consistently helpful and if I have a concern, she immediately is on top of things. The staff at Atria Penfield go above and beyond to make my mom comfortable, successful and very happy!, including asking what meals my mom likes, setting up my mom's cable and phone, arranging her furniture, fixing a grandfather clock that my mom "broke", taking care of the dog food so my mom doesn't over feed him, finding a mobile pet groomer, going in to her room several times to "fix" the Alexa that my mom keeps touching which disconnects it, shoveling a snow path to the window so we could have a window visit and so much more! My mom tells me every day (at least 3 times a day in one conversation) how amazing the faculty and staff are, how "they walk on water for you" and how happy she is there!! Thank you Atria, you are truly phenomenal!!!

Just want to give a huge shout out to the staff at Atria in Penfield, NY. Our family is so grateful for the excellent care our mother receives on a daily basis. Every detail is covered so tgat our mothers quality of life is the priority..Michelle is a one of a kind nurse who goes above and beyond. She answers texts and emails immediately which is so comforting. We highly recommend Atria in Penfield!! Michelle
