My fiancé had an awful experience the day prior so I came in the next day and worked with Elvis. HUGE shout out to Elvis for remedying the situation quickly and working hard to get our wedding table cards printed as requested!!! This 5 star goes to Elvis for his professionalism, creativity, and stellar customer service which was night and day from the previous days staff.

I had an awful experience last night getting my wedding table cards printed and spent over an hour there working with Will and Stef - who both seemed like they didn’t want to help, were genuinely disinterested, and gave conflicting info over the phone and in person which made things very confusing. Photos were supposed to be printed on both sides so both ends of the table could see the photo. In the end, it did not print correctly and it was not caught until I got home. My fiancée and I called in 10 mins after I got home and they said it is what it is with no suggestion to resolve or fix the issue and explicitly stated we would need to pay for another round of prints even though I already paid twice (once online and once in person) due to the conflicting info I received from Stef. Extremely poor customer service adding an incredible amount of stress during the week of our wedding.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS ……. THEY HAD TO TAKE MY PHOTO SO MANY TIMES BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO SIZE THE PHOTO !!!!!!!!

I stopped by at your FedEx location at 2125 El Camino Real in Santa Clara and this employee “Tolu” was very rude to me and has a horrible attitude!!! She also tried to overcharge me. She tried to charge me $155 to ship my package, but when I went to a different FedEx location at 1286 Lawrence Station Rd in Sunnyvale, the charge was only $106. I am never coming back to the 2125 El Camino Real location. Tolu should not be in an industry with any customer contact at all. Because of her, the 2125 location has lost me as a loyal customer, and potentially FedEx has as well, if it continues to employ people with such horrible people skills.
