Fun and inclusive place (Safe Space signs are listed in english and spanish). Store has many games, toys, puzzles, and even LGBT things to purchase. Rumor is that there might be a monthly game night

We are so sorry to hear that! We offer full refunds on items with a receipt, without a receipt we are still able to offer store credit. There is also no time limit for refunds, meaning whenever you feel comfortable, you can come inside for a refund or exchange it for a new item of equal or less value. If you do choose to exchange it for a new color-changing strawberry pen, we will make sure it works!
No, but they sell Calico Critter furniture packs which are similar.
