The owner is a really nice guy and very responsive. Having said that, I paid for a deep cleaning ($50 over the regular price to secure the date) and our home was not properly or thoroughly cleaned. Our home had just been painted and was pretty much empty of furniture so the job was less than what would normally be required for a deep clean. The floors were swept, but not mopped (especially in the kitchen and laundry room), none of the light fixtures were dusted, the interior glass of our windows were not cleaned (previous cleaners always cleaned the glass of the windows for a regular cleaning), the interior tracks of the windows were not wiped down, the tracks of our closets and shower were not wiped down, etc... My husband and I had to invest several hours to ensure our house was cleaned and ready to be shown. I really needed a proper cleaning of our home and was so disappointed with the end result.
