After seeing a few negative reviews, I feel compelled to leave a review to share my positive experience here. Today was my first visit to this vet. I brought my cat who needed to be dewormed (fun). I originally called them yesterday to schedule their soonest available appointment, which would be 5 days out. I said ok, if that was the soonest they had. But the receptionist was kind and let me know I should call back that same evening to see if anyone had cancelled for their next day appointment. Nobody cancelled but she said to call again in the morning to check again. I called the next day and asked if anyone had cancelled so I could get in sooner and it worked out! They were able to book my cat for an appt later in the day. I was so grateful, because I didn’t want my cat to be in pain for more days than he had to. When I got there, I sat in my car and called the receptionist because they don’t allow anyone inside. Moments later, a nice man came out and handed me a clipboard with some quick paperwork to fill out. I did have to wait around 30 minutes before the vet came out to pick up my cat. We went over what treatment he would be getting and then my cat was back in my car within 30 minutes. I was in and out in about an hour total. During the time I was there, I think I spoke with about 4 different staff as they came out to my car for different parts of the job: to collect my cat, to take my credit card for payment, etc. Everyone was absolutely lovely and kind and professional. And today was BUSY. I saw about 5 other pet owners come and go during the time I was there. This office seems to be a well liked place and it was a much more affordable price than I was expecting. For the initial call consultation + deworming shot + flea medication, it came out to $133 total. I was prepared to be sticker shocked, but the price was a relief. I do recommend this place. I know the other reviewers who had a negative experience are probably justified, but I wanted to share that I had a smooth and positive experience that made me feel like they care! For full transparency, I took my cat in for a relatively routine issue so I can’t speak on how they handle more challenging / life threatening issues.

I just brought my cat here because she has some sort of infection on her back legs. After waiting over an hour in my car for the "exam" to be complete, a staff member told me they were unable to look at my cat at all because she was "mean and hissing". Not sure what they actually did for an hour. And: a) My cat has NEVER had any issues like this at the vet, she loves humans and is very affectionate. b) Even if this were the case, you would expect trained veterinary professionals to have years of experience with all sorts of animal temperaments. c) if she was THAT out of control, why not have me come inside to see if I can help? Complete scam.

Very Terrible service, very difficult doctors when it comes to pet’s healthy. Very irresponsible, irresponsible doctors that didn’t care about my pet’s health. I’ve spent hundreds dollar in here, that’s what I got. So absurd!

Yes, but the hours that they see patients ARE NOT the hours that they are open. It's bizarre. Only about 4 hours a day are Drs. actually available. The rest of the time is allotted to surgeries.
Best if you call them during regular business hours.
