Today after my work out I decided to get some chipotle at the Hopkins Main Street location. There was a woman there named Sabrina who is kind enough to make sure that my bowl was up to par. She definitely deserves a raise and definitely saw that I deserved my bowl to be made to perfection. So blessed! Thank you Sabrina

Not really the type to leave reviews but I am amazed how often it is a nightmare simply getting a burrito here. Half the time the doors will be locked during the middle of the day for online ordering only. If not locked, it has taken 45 minutes to serve like 7 people. If you try and order online in advance, it has a very slim chance it is ready. Sucks waiting 25 minutes when you ordered an hour ago. Food is also hit or miss

Worst Chipotle of all time. They never have people staffed. They never answer the phone, they never have online orders ready, they never have food on the line. Here is a picture of their line, and order's waiting to be made, quick question where's the Restaurateur focus? Never going to happen for this location, they will be lucky if they are still open in 2022.

I just watched the cash register employee go back and forth between ringing people up and making food.... without changing her gloves. After a pandemic, you think companies would know how to train their employees on cross contamination. She literally touched a keychain, the cash register, and other items then went to put cheese and lettuce on people's food without glove changing. Absolutely disgusting!! Now everyone who gets that cheese is at risk to whatever bacteria and germs she touched. And yes, I'm the lady that asked her to change her gloves before touching the food I will eat with dirty gloves - didn't do me any good since that cheese was already contaminated. I did it to make a point. This used to be one of the few remaining good Chipotle's (Hopkins).... not anymore. Yesterday I walked out because over 10 people (all looked annoyed) were waiting in the store for their online order and they had one older lady working the line... so tried today just to see a complete lack of care. For quality. For service. For safety. Chipotle - what happened?!?!?!

I don't think so. Depends on the app you're using.
It's the correct portion size, if you want more food you should ask on the ticket and as for double rice and etc.
I was there a few days ago and they were only doing online pick up orders.
