Don't go here. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER BANK. For years Wells Fargo has shown that they are a company that does not care about customers and are looking to rip them off at every chance they get. They will gladly take your money but when you try to get it back it is as if you need to beg for it, your own money. If you open an account after hearing about this, you are not a victim you are the problem. Avoid Wells Fargo at all costs for Banking, Home Mortgage, personal loans, business loans, or anything else they may want to "loan" you money for, it is simply not worth the headache that will follow for years after.

Sat in the drive thru lane for a half hour today. Looked like only 2 drive thru tellers trying to work 4 drive thru lanes (about what they used to have before covid when the lobby was open even though they had to have known there would be more drive thru traffic since closing lobby). I can only guess they are using covid as an excuse to save more money than they would have if they had moved lobby tellers to the drive thru. (Or at least had moved more tellers to drive thru if they did actually move some)

Hands-down one of the worst Banking experiences I have ever had. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 25 years.Went in there to open a simple checking account, after sitting with a banker for an hour and a half I had to call it off. There was no end in sight, we were no closer to getting a checking account then when we started. Excuses as to why their system wasn’t working properly were all we heard. No solutions were ever presented. The baker was an experience, and the manager Derek, was rude. I ended up withdrawing a cashiers check and going over to US Bank to open an account. I should have done this year’s ago.

I’ve been to a lot of Wells Fargo branches including this one a few times. Customer service here is different how they act and talk with clientele. It’s less professional. When I deposit cash, they asked me how much it was after they counted it... I don’t feel comfortable with this. They are suppose to ask me is it this $? Ammount? Where I answer yes or no. When they wait to hear from me how much it is I feel like if I give them a lower number they will say that’s correct and pocket the rest. Which I’m sure they would not do, but the way they present it makes me uncomfortable. No other branch has ever done this before and it’s happened twice from 2 different people at this location. I’m also not a fan of the location. Needless to say I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
