Check in was quick. My daughter was seen immediately and updated with test results as soon as they were available. The nursing staff and doctors checked in at regular intervals and made sure she was comfortable. I was well pleased with the services.

Day of visit I was out hiking and took a tree branch across one eye. Since was going to be staying the night in the Olathe, KS, area wanted to find a medical facility close to my motel in case I had some serious issues with my eye injury and found this location. Employee(s) were quite helpful and took care of me as soon as I had walked through the doors. Think I was there roughly 30 minutes or so and doctor found no problems with my eye injury or any other issues. All employee(s) were great to inter-act with and were concerned about my problem and treated me greatly. Everyone seemed to have awesome personalities and sense of humors as well, which helped me out mentally. Took a while to fill out the paperwork but at least I am now in your system. If ever in the area again and hurt myself, I now know where to go and will go out of my way to get there. I usually do not rate stuff 5-STARS, but everyone and the facility gets the extra credit. THANKS!!!

It's an ER. Where what you want.
It all depends on who is working. I went in due to a mass on my shoulder was totally taken care of. Went back a week later different crew and was the hand down worst er visits ever. Dr cam just to the door way asked how I was and walked out. Visit over.
This is a full service ER. They're also really quick as well. My longest stay was only about 30 minutes or so. Staff is very friendly anytime I take myself, my wife, or my children. And they always want to make sure that we are taken care of before we leave. Definitely recommend.
