I moved to utica after graduating college and lived there for 3 years. The apartment was cleaned, painted, and even had new carpets when I moved in. The two story-3 bdr apartment was perfect when guests could be entertained downstairs and you could sleep upstairs without getting disrupted. The office was always easily to contact, extremely caring and attentive to any issues. I moved out to live in a different city but I would have stayed there for much longer!

Stay away unless you want to get sick! Get apartment checked out by a professional! Mold everywhere!!! Management is shady and sneaky! Be careful dealing with these crooks.

It is typically open from 11am to 7pm daily, but it truly depends on the lifeguard staffing, and when they are available to be there.. Also, if the weather is inclement and stormy (thundering) then the life guards won't open the pool then either...
There is a common washer and dryer in each building rather than individual hookups. They are operated by an inhouse debit card.
