EXTREMELY unorganized! People missing their busses because there are no announcements or signs stating when and where the busses have arrived. You literally have to ask the bus drivers countless times on what bus you have to get on and hope they even know where you have to go, because it is likely they have no clue on what route they’re even taking. Aside from that- the bus smelled like sweat and dirty feet and looked like it had never been cleaned.

Greyhound is so incredibly unreliable. I've tried to take them twice. Missed the bus twice. Cant email, cant call or anything. Im at the new stop and tried using the tracker but it looks like it just skipped rochester. Literally worst company ever. Also here's the new stop that's unmarked and everything.

It's not really a station. More of a bus stop in the middle of nowhere. It's raining hard today too so I don't know how they expect people to wait there.
