My husband bought me a diamond bracelet from Zales for our wedding. He had trouble with the latch so he took it to the Zales Greece -NY store and they told him that it was fine, it was supposed to be difficult to get off. He put it on me on our wedding day and I am still wearing it a month later the clasP will not come off. Customer Service keeps putting us off and the store who told us that it was fine will not help us without additional fees. Customer service takes 30 minutes to get through to and they don’t call back. I will go to another jeweler who can help me. I will never use ZALES again. Their bracelet obviously is lower class and their customer service is horrible.

My wife and I walked in to find an engagement ring/Band and was immediately welcomed by a man named Victor. He was so informative, attentive, and extremely patient with us as we had zero clue what we were doing. In no way, at any moment, did my wife and I feel that cheesy salesman act come from him. He also explained (a few times over) in detail, all the payment options we had. Needless to say, my wife and I walked out with the perfect rings and feeling 100%. Thank you Victor for all you've done for us! You are genuine!
