For such a high end sporting goods store, can you not hire your own security team to do all,your following. Those companies are trained how to follow people without making them feel uncomfortable. I couldnt even look at bras, without being starred at, it was very uncomfortable.

Checkout takes upwards of 20 minutes because they are only putting 2 people at the registers. Rest of the employees are standing by bravely, giving moral support to their colleagues at the register.

I was there several weeks ago to buy some new Nike's and did not get any help from the people there. I pushed the button they have to get someone help and still no luck. I saw several employees that worked in that area but were just ignored. Serious doubt I would ever return to that store in Lenox.
