Still great food, They were just not the freaky good subs freaky fast that I grew up with. I waited for 15 mins with a kid in a car seat in the parking lot before I went in to find out the status of my food. In my old college dorm room they would be there in 3 minutes flat. I miss the good old days.

Person who answered the phone was courteous. Ordering was easy. Delivery took 3.5 hours. I ordered at 12:30 and it arrived around 4pm.
