So I've been with this place since 2017 and I was charged one time before on my card that was handled years ago today I had a 104 charge on my card after I just went last week to take my acct off save and payed 66 in tan dollars where my acct has 8 dollar taken out monthly. I also paid 50 on my card so I was aware that I was paying my monthly. I normally take my acct off save for a month in summer and get a lil tan and then save it again so I asked what day did I need to put back on save to keep from being charged again and I wasn't gonna use it. So she told me 25 well I had a charge today a week later after I was in there and I called and I spoke to a LESLIE she says her name was she says she was Assistant Manager but she couldn't help me with what I needed so I asked her to give me yo a district manager or someone who can help because I have spoken with someone there that can help in these situations before. She insisted she would contact the person that could help me that I couldn't and she hung up on me. I called back no answer I called back from another number and she answers and I asked to speak to the lady that said she was a manger and hung up in my face. She wouldn't let me talk and tell her what was going on just hung up on me because I asked for someone higher than her because she said she couldn't help me. This is not professional 8ve been here like I said since 2017 and never dealt with anyone as rude as this lady. She definitely doesn't deserve her job. When u are in that position or working for a company at all you are supposed to keep your cool and be respectful I didn't cuss or tell one time just asked could I finish talking cus she was talking over me. She needs to learn people skills respect I will never go back here again I said I just wanted my whole acct cancelled and she couldn't help me there either but she's a manager. I run a business and this was very unbuisness like.

The staff was wonderful. The beds....another story. I have a Diamond membership. There was only one bed for Diamond members. The mister didn't work. No, but if you do pbt one its only 14.95 a month for one spray per month and you can cancel or pause it at any time. No contract! Don't quote me on price, but I believe it starts at 35 per spray without the membership.
