Took my Kenmore canister vacuum in 7/13/22 because it stopped working. Got a call on the the 26th that it was the motor and they needed the power head to test it. Told them to fix motor and I knew the power head was fine. Then he tried to sell me a $599 vacuum, I said no thanks just fix mine. On Saturday 7/30/22 I got 10 phone calls from Dave, starting at 1:52 to 2:16!!! The first one I answered he tried to tell me I needed a bottom frame because mine was broken??? Told him it wasn't broke when I took it in. Then he wanted to bring it to my house!! Told him NO I would pick it up at the place I took it. This really gave me the creeps. Then he again tried to say I needed a new bottom frame, again told him no. Went to pick it up today and he tried to charge me for the bottom frame, argued with him till he took it off my bill. Looking at the bottom, it is the same one. He didn't replace it.

I have a Simplicity vacuum that I purchased in 2004, new. First time I've had an issue, in ALL the years. American Vacuum went ABOVE and BEYOND with customer service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, caring and kind. I would highly recommend this company, I used the Shawnee location but I can bet that ALL locations offer the same outstanding service. Best of all.....my 17 year old vacuum works like it was brand new!!!

Had an interaction with Rick who was very knowledgeable, not to mention pleasant to talk to and humerous. My vacuum was fixed in a timely manner and cost was reasonable. Will continue to use this service.
