I have faithfully got my nails/pedi done every 2 wks for over 20 yrs. 2 yrs ago my nail tech moved. She was hands down one of the best in the KS/MO area. Bad customer service, over pricing for nothing, the "assembly line" feel, lack of skill, terrible lifting of nails causing fungus, damage to my natural nail bed, cut up/filed fingers, and being canceled over and over at the last minute... I have been stressed out trying so many nail shops! Ambience makes the world of a difference if you are like me and take your self-care serious. A nice trendy salon and good customer service sets the tone for relaxation. I stumbled upon this place picking up food at a restaurant next door. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing ambience, competitive pricing, a consistent salon for walk-ins or appts (I prefer standing appts) they do BOTH. Look no more and let me tell you about "Long" he is AWESOME. I don't say this lightly. I am particular and he delivered. All the way around. Him, Ann, and the Nail Art techs all have awesome customer service, he was very meticulous, took his time, cleaned/pushed back my cuticles, applied the acrylic overlay and my polish very neatly, consistently asks for your input along the way to make sure he is delivering exactly what you want/are paying and asking for. The salon is awesome all the way around! You won't be disappointed. ;)

This is hands down the only place you should get your nails done in the city I have never in all my life had my nails or toes done better than I have here!! The staff is amazing! I would come in and be offered a water or soda!
