Great customer service. I'm wondering if this Longview branch will be staying open. Because I went there in the middle of the week at around 3pm and they had a sign that they were closed. Costumer's need to know we'll in advance if this brach is closeing for good in the near future. I have 4 accounts there, and all other locations are out of the way.

My card information was stolen, someone tried to use it in New York. Went to the bank to reverse charges, and get a debit card. This branch is filled with exemplary employees. I have never had a bad experience. I'm always greeted when I come in the door. No matter how busy it is, these employees make sure to deliver consistently amazing customer service. It is recommended that you go in to the bank or call them up on the phone because this seems pretty important to you and that's how they handle these type of matters
