I'll start off by saying this has only happened one time, but it deserved a review. This was SUPPOSED to be the garlic bread twists with layered marinara and cheese dip. What we received, unfortunately, was a very wet box, filled with the garlic twists and a lot of butter. The "layered dip" is more of a mixture of marinara and cheese (which was fine with me), but not even deep enough to cover my fingernail. The other 2 pizzas were delicious as usual. And the garlic twists and dip are great too! The presentation was a bit sloppy, and the dip fairly skimpy, but otherwise happy

If you are the lucky one to get the store on Washington Way (Longview, WA), you are going to be tickled. They take care of me well, and are super fast. The drivers are kind and always help bring larger orders up the stairs. They follow my instructions and the food isn't all too bad. The computer system needs work. In fact, today, I tried to contact customer support, and the online AI chat-bot is terrible to deal with. After asking me to type in my whole life history, it did not connect me to a live agent. I think they are supposed to "get-back" to me. My take on this is (1) Domino's is a popular site, and they are super busy, or (2) they just haven't got customer service worked out on their website. Well, I got myself an excellent 16-piece parmesan bread and a good value on pizza. I love their bread. I cannot tell if this review will be for the store or the company. I give the store top marks. We ordered online this evening at 5:30pm. App said it would be 23-33 minutes. It's not 6:45pm and we still don't have pizza. I called and was not given any compassion over phone. Just they were busy. He said it would be maybe another 15 minutes and its been 30. The last time we ordered pizza they only showed up with 2/5 pizzas. Quality has also went down.

Food is decent and service is quick, no issues. This location doesn't have the mango habanero chicken but the pineapple habanero is not bad.

I recently ordered a pizza on the Domino’s App Dec 13 2020. Service’s was okay other than I paid for my pizza on the app and the poor boi insisted I sign the receipt I’m assuming to get a tip which that option should be included in the Domino’s App during covid 19 because I don’t know if the pen and clip board have been sanitized. Tips are cool but don’t endanger the customers or your employees because you’re selfish and don’t wanna make waves with corporate to update their app for purchases. There’s a lot of business is going out of business right now be thankful picking up pizzas not a big deal. I’m not going to make purchases of pizza through the drive-through at the local Longview, WA Domino’s off of Washington way during the pandemic because of their unsanitary practices.
Its a bunch of kids first jobs.
I would not be happy if that's what my life amounted to either. However i wouldn't treat people rude. Period.
