I have been with Cottage Care several years now, and will continue. Brittney was just here this morning and as usual when she leaves the house is clean and spotless, she is always a delight to have in the house and she is like a small a tornado going through the house, she does exactly what you want done. I would even suggest she be able to train incoming people she is that good. I sure don't want to ever lose her. I have always been treated very kindly by everyone at Cottage Care. Chardené at cottage care is the best! She has cleaned my house several times and is so thorough! Once she even found my missing debit card because she cleaned so well. I’m always surprised at how Beautiful everything looks after she comes. Also, I love this company. It’s very easy to schedule cleans and super convenient. They’ve made it easy to customize my clean and I have only had great intersections with the various staff members.

All of our cleaning products are non-toxic and eco-friendly. We can certainly do our best to accommodate specific health conditions if you alert us before your cleaning.
We believe in 100% transparency. If we accidentally break or damage something, we will let you know immediately, and do whatever we can to make it right.
We want you to be happy with every cleaning so we offer to come out and touch up the cleaning, offer a discount off the services or a free cleaning to make it right.
Yes! The more frequent the cleaning the more significant the discount.
We have a sophisticated proprietary pricing system that calculates prices based on rooms to be cleaned and the size of the home.
We prefer to give you a set price for a completed job that we can quote you right over the phone. We can give you an hourly cost if you have very specific cleaning projects but we have a 4-hour minimum on those services.
All of our most commonly used products are eco-friendly and have been since day one here at CottageCare. Oven cleaner is the only product we use that we have not found an eco-friendly alternative for.
Yes, we use Ecolab products which are widely used in the restaurant and medical industry.
We take out trash in the home and place it in your trash bin. We will not take out recycling.
We can sure try! We often have gaps in our schedule and will do our best to accommodate your last-minute scheduling needs.
Absolutely, we love pets! We just ask if your pet is aggressive in any way that you consider putting them in a crate or a separate room.
