Just had my wedding there on 8/9. The place is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. The reason I dont give it a 5 is because I was charged a fee for a bag of garbage that broke by the compactor and caused the staff to clean it but during my wedding I encountered quite a few water bugs. I was also informed that we would have to stay in the bridal suites and not come in and out due to there being offices in that building during the time in which we rented and I was not advised of that prior to my wedding. Overall beautiful space but it needs a little work

Haus 820 is a beautiful location close to downtown Lakeland, FL. The building is an open, contemporary space that allows you to decorate it however you would like. The team is very responsive and will help with any question or concern you may have. We were very happy with the price, obviously it is less expensive on certain days of the week and times of year. Our wedding was perfect and we highly recommend this venue!

They had constant communication with our vendors, our pictures were absolutely gorgeous thanks to this beautiful venue!

The more often I come to Haus 820 the more I like the space. I recently went to a night time makers market and had a blast. The space is clean, open, bright and has a great feel to it. There is plenty of space and it has a kitchen looking area where food and drinks can be served. The toilets are also convenient and clean. The back art studios offer a very cool secondary space at the rear. I would recommend this venue for all sorts of uses - definitely check it out.
