Zachary did a great job checking me in for my appointment for an oil change. He was very courteous, actually listened to me with my prior issues there at Fields BMW and then messing my transmission up in my 2014 328i and assured me he will speak to the service (mechanic) department and he did. Thank you Zachary for actually doing you job and going above and beyond instead of being like the other staff I dealt with last year in 2021 than now each time I come in they look at me as if I am crazy for bringing up the facts about my prior vehicle transmission casing they Fields BMW mechanic ruined to the point I had to trade my car in. Thank you for listening and being the service advisor you are, you will do a great job if you keep going this way

The service department at this dealer knows how to exercise guest recovery. After there was some confusion with an appointment, they accommodated me since I was already at the service department. The original job was completed in relatively short time, but this is where it goes unpleasant. There was an issue with a fog light that was discovered when the parking sensor was replaced. But I was not informed that the fog light needed to be replaced while at the dealer. I get home, and find that my fog light has vanished (fallen into the bumper). It took over three hours to get someone to call me back about this. I finally drove back to the dealer. My service advisor was sincerely apologetic for failing to identify the issue before I left. Although I was still out the cost of the part (which I am not thrilled about), I was not charged any labor, as this should have bene fixed while I was here (before driving home). The vehicle was repaired, and I appreciate how I was recovered as a guest. It's moments like this (not the 'great sales or service experience') that test quality of service. An area that could use improvement is making sure a customer's EV is charged before leaving, as this would be courteous.

Fields BMW is the place to buy your BMW's. I purchased a vehicle from Justino Zoppe at Fields BMW in Lakeland. Not being close to the location, I called Justino in the morning and by evening I was driving away in my new M850. We were able to work a deal over the phone with the exception of a quick look over of trade-ins upon arrival at dealership. Lynette in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. She had a great personality and was patient when I was pulling out my own calculator to ensure the numbers were correct. She made the finance process enjoyable and not a burden. At no point did I feel like the dealership was high pressure. The sales manager, finance manager and sales associate all stayed an hour past closing to get the deal done as I was not able to get to location until late. Purchasing a new car right now is difficult and many dealers are putting premiums on new cars as the supply is limited. Fields is taking an approach that they want to earn a customer for life and not just a single deal. I would absolutely purchase a vehicle from Justino and the team at Fields again. I will be reaching out to them first for my next vehicle. My only complaint is that I don't live closer to their dealership. I would love to get the car serviced at their service center because I have to assume that the service department is just as good because you can tell it is the culture of the company and not just a person. Thanks to all for the help and putting me into a new ride. The car is dangerously fast and extremely fun.
