Don’t waste your time! Made a appointment to have the septic tank cleaned. First day 10-12 no show called later wanted to do that afternoon. I could not. We rescheduled for the next morning. Chuck called at 7:43 am said he’d be here in 20. I called to cancel at 9:20. Not even a apology from Allison who answered the phone or Chuck who wasted my time!

I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH I called SEVEN companies today (Friday morning) and was shut down by all of them, then I called Averett. They were there on time as scheduled the same day which was a few hours later, they worked quickly and got my septic pumped out and replaced my pump within a couple hours. Parts available and ready, no extra time needed I was at work and they were very friendly to my wife and explained all the details which I greatly appreciate from anyone doing service at home when I'm gone. Great attitudes on the phone and in person, ready to work and ready to make money! Fair pricing on everything. 10/10 will be calling them again for future services. Thank you again guys!

I had this company change the septic system's drain field on my property back in January. as a part of the job was to raise the clean out box which was under the dirt. Scott was very nice and explained the process clearly and gained my trust, so I once I got the call that the job is done I immediately paid off the job (which probably was my mistake). When I i went to check, I found that the clean out box was still buried under the ground. I have made several calls to Scott since then and so far it has not been done. last call in March 2nd and he gave me his word that it will be done asap. it still has not been done, so at this point I have to call and pay another plumber to finish the job that I have already paid lots of money for. just make sure to inspect and make sure work is done before paying off the bill. I learnt my lesson from this.

Averett recently replaced our drain field and they were exceptional from start to finish. They committed and stuck to our original install date with no delays, offered to pump our old tank in between if needed, were there on time the day of and showed up fully prepared, working together like a well oiled machine. They were able to provide a rough timeline for the day which was important to us for planning purposes and even finished slightly earlier than anticipated. All interactions with various employees the day of was positive and professional. Jerome managed our project and was great to work with as well. We were extremely happy with our experience and highly recommend them.
