Affordable Cremation and Burial

Affordable cremation had my loved one for two weeks once cremation was complete. Took them over one week to ship the remains at the price of $179 & received an overnight package with a price tag of $49.99. Why overnight when you have already dropped the ball and I hope you all greatly benefit and take advantage of many other during their time of grieve with this thievery process.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! If you are wanting to have a sympathetic and compassionate understanding of the lose of a loved one, you should look to another company! It is very hard for me to believe that this company is in this line of business and dealing with people during this type of life event! They are so unprofessional with not only inaccurate documents, setting inaccurate expectations, but the most egregious action which is not responding to families' phone calls or emails when those folks who are trying to make final arrangements for loved ones while they are grieving that lose. They made this entire situation worse for me and my family.

If I could give this place no star I would! Not helpful, and rude on the phone. They should try to be a little more compassionate towards their customers. Don't use this place if at all possible. Lucia and Zahara shouldn't be working with families who have lost a loved one! I was told several times that I would get an email with my brothers fingerprint so that I could purchase my mom something and never received an email, if you call them they're just rude and don't do what they say.
