Would strongly advise against moving here. We moved in November and we have consistently had issues. Our a/c has only worked maybe a total of ten days out of the 5 months we’ve been living here. We’ve put in countless work orders and they refuse to get down to the root of the issue, rather they just perform a temporary fix that lasts maybe two days. We also had issues with our dryer to a point where it just wouldn't turn on. It took them almost two months to replace it. After putting in multiple requests. I understand that these are not necessarily things that they are legally obligated to provide, but being that they do provide them, they are obligated to maintain them in working condition. Other than these rather glaring issues, the experience has been alright. If you’ve got other options I would save your self the frustration of living here. Update since the last review. They have double charged me trash and pest for the last two months. Ive called four times and was assured the charges would be taken off. Nothing was done. My wife physically went into the office to see about having them removed in which they told her they would be removed, and did nothing. They never answer the phones and are never in the office. I would strongly advise against give this apartment complex the time of day.

I've lived here over a year and overall I have loved it. I have a really nice apartment and all of my appliances are accommodating. I've never had any major issues. Just things like bulb replacement, or air filter or smoke detector battery. The first half of my lease the community was operated by a different management company and they were awful. Since First Communities has taken over the property about 7 months ago, I can actually count on things getting down if I need it in a timely manner all the time. My only complaint would be the spiders when they appear and I don't think requesting pest control is effective at all. Otherwise, I love all of the staff from the property manager to our maintenance crew (Kencia, Nato, Nicole & Loyal. I'm always, always greeted with kindness and patience & they never hesitate to help.

I’ve been living here for a couple of months now and things have been turning around ever since First Communities started taking over. Ever since I moved in, the Assistant Property Manager, Nato, has been there helping me in every step of the way and has helped us a lot with work orders!

Do not move to this place warning you DON'T. When I first move here I had issues with spiders in my place, things started to break. Also, the management team switch every three weeks or so never informe tenants. Also,bad communication,maintenance doesn't never fix the things that's reported that need to be fixed.THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. Absolutely terrible service. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ANY CALLS or EMAILS. This place is a joke,was the worst decision ever.
