Food was fine, but the management here is clearly lacking. Condiments were almost empty and I had to ask for mustard at the counter. No silverware out. Used papertowels lying in the hallway outside of the bathroom and the inside of the bathroom was trashed... with one working toilet. Again food was fine, but keeping a clean restaurant and ensuring things are available accounts for something too.

Espresso Yourself

Really poor service at this location. After standing at the front counter for more than 5 minutes and no one approached me. The store manager walked past me no less than 3 times and said nothing. I finally shouted out to an employee who told me they have no one to take orders at the front counter (@8:00) and told me to order at the kiosk. I got a cinnamon twist and coffee. The coffee was bitter and the cinnamon twist hard and stale. Bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper. Very disappointed in my visit.

If not for their bagels, I don't know how this place stays in business. My mom and I both ordered the "pick 2" lunch. Half a tuna sandwich which was fine. Hers had way too much salt in it. She barely ate it. Then she had a cup of soup would she liked. I had a Caesar salad was supposed to have chicken but it didn't. It's just lettuce with Caesar dressing on it. $28! Seriously? We could have just about gone anywhere for lunch for that. somewhere with good food like old Chicago or Chili's or something. I won't be back.

Great location. As always, the food was great. Only challenge was that the staff seemed pretty stressed and I don't know if that was related to staff shortages or bad management. Kind of miss the smiles
