Mark reviewed HOA documents for us and was excellent in helping us to understand our rights as homeowners and potential vacation rental hosts. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and extremely knowledgeable. We are more than pleased with Mark’s services and would not hesitate to hire Mark again if needed.

Mark has done a number of services for us in the real estate industry. He’s a good resource for people facing foreclosure, liens, and tax issues. He is the go to for a sharp attorney that knows the ins and outs of this industry in both Missouri and Kansas.

Mark is an incredible attorney. He guided us through one of the most difficult situations we've faced. He kept open and ongoing communication at all times. Any attorney will say anything to make you sign a retainer agreement; Mark is the opposite. He's honest about where you're standing and what's required to do. He worked above and beyond to help us, and my only regret is that I didn't hire him before deciding to buy the property. Everything went well because of Mark. I will always be grateful for his services, support, and fight to make things right. Don't ever think you won't need a Real State Attorney. Lenders and agents will do and try everything to rip you off. Having Mark by your side will be the best decision and investment you'd ever made.

City is not allowing me possession as some portion of my property has encroachment to which there is no objection by other party.

Just bought a home in the Northland area. There is an underground water spring that was not in disclosure and causing issues on both sides of my lot. What are my rights?

One of the big things in home purchases is the inspection. I do not know if this is something that could have been detected by an inspection. The owners certainly have liability if they knew about it.
