I recommend family and friends to come to big lots they have good cars that run good I’m very pleased 😃

I wouldn’t recommend this car lot to anyone I’m a single mother or 2 kids I only had my car for 7months and I have a crack in the head my transmission is going out . Please do not get a car from here .

My experience hasn't been too peachy from the beginning and I'm maybe hitting a month dealing with this place. Alot of bad communication. Service will tell you one thing and then argue with you that's not what they said try and put you at fault for things that were already wrong and tell you that's not covered in your warranty. Haven't had the car 30 days 🙄

Who runs the car lot?? Why is the customer service so horrible???? The Ida lady has a smart mouth and Jeff goes with what she says without talking to the customer. Never will I purchase a car again!!!!

They just have temps and they insurance just cover their lost not yours
So I have a question u didn't pay the car for two weeks which they turned off so I couldn't drive . So would that two payment I'll be making or justvtgat past payment from when I was driving it ?

Whenever your payments are due you have to pay. So if your car was turned off and it's time for another payment it will be the past due plus the current.
