My experience here was amazing! So easy and everyone was so helpful. Iggy and Frida were great as soon as I walked in! I bought my Santa Fe here, and will not hesitate to come here for all my service needs for my new car. They made the car buying experience simple and actually enjoyable. I give them 5 stars for the excellent service.

Mike Jenkins is excellent. We leased a car 3 years ago when we were on a very tight budget and he got us what we wanted in the desired price range. In November when the lease was ending we visited Mike to go over our options. I love the fact that he is so knowledgeable and logical. We never felt like we were getting the typical “salesman spiel” that is so common. We choice to lease a new Sanre Fe that was still in transport. We gave us regular status updates. With the shipping debacle we are experiencing it has to be difficult for salesman to remain cool and reassuring. Mike was top notch. I have recommended him in the past and will do so in the future. Thank you

I was very happy with my experience at your service station.I was completely satisfied. Ms Bianca Lopez was pleasant and very helpful. Mostly I gave 4 stars because I thought no body deserves a perfect 5 star. On thinking back I will give the service department And specifically Ms Bianca Lopez a5 star rating. I will recommend your services to others happily . Thanks.

I picked up my new car today, it looked and ran just as expected. But the salesman Mike Jenkins was one of the best car dealer representative that I have ever encountered. I purchased over 100 cars in the last 20 years for personal and business needs, Mike knows his business !!! He remembered my needs and found me a vehicle and the paperwork and car was ready when I got to the dealership. What a GREAT EXPERIENCE !!! Call MIKE JENKINS if you are in the market for a new car at Island Hyundai. Great Car Great Price

yes
call the service dept with your vin #
Everyone I saw was wearing a mask 😷
You should've received it when you paid & got your receipt. If not just go back to the service department & ask for it. I've always gotten a detailed receipt of what was done to my car.
You can but it will hurt your credit because they will consider it as defaulting on your loan only other way have some one buy it pay off loan then get different car
I don't think so but they would pleasantly answer you if you call them.
Yes
Give em a call.
I dont think so. Once it report salvage no longer cover
If you a have a full warranty whatever is causing the issue should be covered. You should call them to set up an appointment and bring them the car. Theyll go over everything with you. Dont go without setting up an appointment.
If u have a 10 year or 100k miles warranty and there's no related damage then it should be covered. However, I have learned that they don't easily honer the warranty and how they play games and try hard to rip u off. My 2016 Sonata engine misfired after 20k. Luckily, I know a few good and honest mechanics who give me a free diagnosis and help me decide when I should go to the 'Stealership' and how to deal with them. So here is what I would do: 1. Go to your mechanic first for diagnosis. 2. Get any damages repaired even if it's unrelated in order not to give them any chance to try to fool u. Also if your car issues are caused by damages they'll offer to fix it at their very high rates or they will rip u off with the diagnosis fee if u decline the service. It's a $130 if I remember correctly. You can learn a lot online especially on YouTube about their up selling tricks.
Go to the service department. They will order the parts
